Hi all, please find attached the notes from the meeting with Julie today.
A couple of main notes: clinical hours will be graded on an “assessed grade” such that only 70% of the hours will be completed.
After the class for 2522 on Wednesday April 25th, Julie has agreed to stay behind for a discussion period, open to all 2nd entry students (class is from 11:30 am-2:30 pm) in SLH F
Anyone that needs accommodations, or 2nd years with IP related questions, please contact Nancy Sangiuliano: email@example.com
Large caveat: none of these notes are final at this time, things are still in flux due to the strike length being unknown.

Today 2NA presented the results of the 2018 2NA Strike survey to Julie Nilsen- Berec (Undergraduate Program Director for 2nd Entry) and the Nursing Student Association of York (NSAY).
The talk was a long one but a productive one.
If you’re interested, here are the meeting minutes.
Thanks to everyone who participated. We had 77 responses in 10 hours when we closed it, predominantly from the 2nd Entry, 1 year class.
I would like to remind everyone that this is a 2NA – survey and not any other group. We’ve recieved some critism that the wording of some of the questions were leading which is fair, but this by no means a rigourous survey.
With that in mind it’s worth taking the time to look through it.
